Greening Project - Kimberley Aboriginal Housing

1999 - 2003

RPM was contracted to project manage a greening project for swimming pools, streetscaping and football ovals for 6 communities in the Kimberley.

Commercial Operation - Land Use Agreements

2004 – 2019

RPM was contracted to provide consultation, stakeholder management and implementation of land use agreements to the custodians for country, mining companies, State and Federal Governments, including:

·      Rio Tinto Ltd – Argyle Diamond Mine

·      Rio Tinto Ltd – Rio Tinto Iron Ore

·      Chevron Australia PTY Ltd

·      Woodside Energy Ltd

·      BHP Group Ltd

·      Commonwealth of Australia - Prime Minister and Cabinet

·      State of Western Australia – Premier and Cabinet

The projects involved RPM providing extensive community engagement consultation and endorsement, development of executive office capacity, establishing board capacity and governance, strategic planning, and project management of various infrastructure projects.
