Aerodrome Runway Upgrade

RPM is contracted to manage the Wiluna Airport Strategic Airport Assets and Financial Management Framework with the Department of Transport, and the Stakeholder engagement and options study for the runway upgrade.  In addition RPM is managing the raising of revenue for the project with private and public stakeholders.

Caravan Park

RPM has been contracted to project manage the development of a new caravan park in Wiluna to shovel ready stage. The next phase is to secure funding and promote the development of tourism products on the Canning Stock Route and Gunbarrel Highway as part of the ‘Wonder Out Yonder’ 2020 Tourism WA campaign for intrastate post Covid-19 tourism in WA.

Tjukurba Art Gallery Cultural Landscaping Project

With the reopening of the Tjukurba Art Gallery in Wiluna, the Wiluna Shire has contracted RPM to secure funding and project manage the landscaping and development of a cultural tourism product in the gallery area.

Streetscape / Beautification Project

As part of the Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Grant Program, RPM has been contracted to project manage a streetscape and beautification project for the Wiluna Shire.

Stakeholder Negotiations

The Wiluna Shire has a number of mining interests within a 100km radius of the Wiluna Township. RPM is contracted to maximise the relationship between private sector and local government.
